Thank You to "Walk for Life" 2007

     September 29, 2007 was a gorgeous day for a walk.

Pregnancy Center volunteers greeted 141 walkers who came to support life.

Thirty four enthusiastic teens from area churches walked as a group.

Over $6,600 was collected on walk day with $1,224 being collected by teens.

First prize winner was Carol Atwood of Unionville

who won a gift package from Best Western Lapeer Inn.

PRC thanks the volunteers who worked to plan and promote this successful walk-a-thon.

"An Evening at the Arts "

a success!

                 One Hundred Sixty guests were in attendance at the Pix Theater on April 19th to enjoy an evening of drama and music.

A series of four vignettes, written and produced by Danette Lowery,

told stories of client and counselor happenings at a pregnancy center.

Vignette actors were: Maryann Gleason, Nick Osburn, Jenine Schlautman,and Felicia Webb.

Musical artists included Dan Bollon, Jared and Andrea Leuck, and Alea Tindall.

An hors d’oeuvres and dessert reception at Gallery 194 following the drama was enjoyed by attendees.

Donations to the Center that evening amounted to $5,900.

The Board and Staff thank our donors and praise God for this gift to the ministry.
